#Beans!

Beans are very nutritious as they are rich in vitamins and minerals. The protein , carbohydrates and fiber in beans help to stabilize the blood sugar level and control hunger.

Unfortunately , the only side -effect of eating beans is that they cause flatulence.

Beans can be added to salads or used to make soups.
